I have always been in love with history since my childhood and I wanted to revive the culture of mounted Cavalry of our history. Then when I started horse riding and came across horseback archery I found out that it is the highest level of equestrian martial arts. So I decided to become a horseback archer.
But once I started my research I realized that this culture was dead in the Arabic region for so long. And there is no Arabic bow anymore and the knowledge was written in old Arabic text, so it’s hard to read it as well!
For that in 2012, I decided to take it on my shoulders and revive the Arabic horseback archery history and teach the young generations were they belong.
Always wondered what is our culture and year by year I discovered more books and I also mixed it into my training. In 2013, I went to the Kassai-valley for the first time and there I was sure I wanted to be a horseback archer and the Kassai School will guide me towards my personal goal of reviving our culture.
